  Starting point

The Lotus Petal Foundation, established in 2011, has been enabling children from migrant families access quality educational facilities which will ensure a secure and dignified future. LPF functions through several intrinsic, interconnected programs :

. Vidyananda School for primary education ;

. Pratishthan Learning Centre for secondary and senior secondary education ;

The combination of these programs provides a platform to underprivileged children to move from Kindergarten (KG) to Senior Secondary (Grade 12) at the end of which they move into a job or professional higher education streams.

The organization over the last 9 years has impacted approximately 8’000 people (till date) from its current campus in village Silokhra (Gurgaon).

Starting out with one class of 7 students, the school today (March 2020) is flourishing with 641 students.

   About the project
