The Kuçova Day Centre was created by ASED in 2008. Since its opening, the Centre regularly welcomes children with disabilities. The Centre is managed by Kuçova City Council, which covers most of the running costs, including the salaries of the team, the transport of children, the maintenance costs, as well as some of the teaching material. Regarding the latter, however, there are significant gaps and this affects the quality of the care of children. The Centre also lacks a washing machine, essential to ensure the cleanliness of children attending the Centre.
